Application for one room apartment for research in Heidelberg University

Hello,
My name is Natália Medrano and I am seeking a temporary residence in Heidelberg from the end of January to the beginning of June. I am 22 years old, originally from Brazil, and married to a Swedish citizen. I study Molecular Bioinformatics at the University of Skövde in Sweden and work as a project manager and software developer at Buildility AB in Linköping, Sweden.
I will be in Heidelberg to complete my thesis project at Heidelberg University, invited by Professor Dr. Carl Herrmann through the Erasmus exchange program. During my stay, I will be working on my project at the university and continuing my work online for Buildility.
I will be living alone as my husband will remain in Sweden. I do not have pets or children, and I do not smoke, or party. My time will be spent working, studying, and occasionally side-seeing Germany.
Although I am from Brazil, I have lived in Sweden for about four years and hold a Swedish permanent residence permit. Regarding my visa for Germany, I have been advised by German migration authorities and the Swedish embassy in Berlin to register upon arrival, as my visa requirements will be assessed then. I have already booked a time with them on February.
I have a letter of invitation from Prof. Dr. Carl Herrmann and all necessary documents from Erasmus exchange program. I am very interested in renting the room and would be very happy to provide any additional information or answer any questions you may have. Thus, is there possibility for me to rent it?
