The building is located between the Dual University, Hochschule Heilbronn, TUM and the vocational school on Sichererstrasse 15/corner of Paulinenstrasse. The tram and bus stop are right in front of the building; it is only a 5-minute walk to the pedestrian zone. You can reach all shops, bakery, post office, bank, Netto, Lidl, bistro, cinema, etc. on foot.

Tram stop S 41, 42, - bus stop line 11, about 1 minute walk away.

The basic rent includes the price for the apartment, MPP* and the parking space in the basement. The bicycle parking space can also be used. The laundry room with washing machine and dryer with coin machine can be used.

*The MPP (furniture and maintenance fee) includes the rental price for the respective furniture, for the garbage can service (taking out and putting back in), snow removal service, 2x cleaning of the basement, laundry room and stairwell per year.

The additional costs include all additional costs - from water/sewage, to total electricity, general electricity, heating, hot water, insurance, property tax, garbage fees, satellite TV connection
and WiFi in the apartment.
