Hallo zusammen,
hätte ab 15.3 bzw. 1.4. meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Homburg abzugeben. Ich
ziehe dort aus, weil ich mit 2 weiteren eine WG gründen werde.
Die Wohnung ist in Homburg sehr zentral gelegen (3 minuten zu Innenstadt,
2 minuten zum Aldi!) und das Stadtbad (Hallenbad!) ist gegenüber!
Sie kostet im Monat 249 Euro und es sind bereits Internet, Wasser und Heizung inbegriffen sowie der Kabelanschluss zum Fernsehen!Dazu kommen also nur noch die kosten für Strom was so ca. 20 Euro sind. Im Haus befindet sich eine Waschmaschiene und ein Trockner. Für Auto und Fahrrad gibt es genügend Stellpätze!
