Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine Einzimmerwohnung in Homburg!
Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich und kann bei Bedarf auch teilmöbliert weitervermietet werden (genaue Preise für die Möbel auf Anfrage).
Die Nachbarrn sind alle mega hilfsbereit und nett, die meisten sind Studenten oder z.T. auch Ärzte und sind immer ansprechbar.
(Die Wohnung wird nur an Studenten vermietet!)

Die Wohnung ist in einer tollen Gegend in Uninähe, zu Fuß läuft man etwa 10 min. Mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus (nächste Bushaltestelle 3 min. entfernt) fährt man ca. 5 min zur Uniklinik. Supermärkte (Edeka, Lidl, Aldi) sowie Cafés und Restaurants in der Stadt (Marktplatz) sind auch zu Fuß in etwa 10 min zu erreichen.
