Süße Garconniere in St. Nikolaus

Hallo :)

Von 11. Juli bis ca. 6. September würde ich meine gemütliche Garconniere im Stadtteil St. Nikolaus untervermieten. Sie ist 25qm groß und östlich ausgerichtet. Sie verfügt über eine eigene kleine Küche, ein seperates Bad und einen Vorraum mit Stauraum und Schrank.

Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil St. Nikolaus in der Nähe der Kirche St. Nikolaus. Die Bushaltestelle mit Linie W und J ist direkt vor der Haustüre (1min zu Fuß). Die Linie 501 fährt zusätlich an der Haltestelle Schmelzergasse nur 4min zu Fuß entfernt. Der Hofgarten ist zu Fuß 7 Minuten entfernt, ebenso der nächste Supermarkt.

I would like to sublet my cosy garconniere in the St. Nikolaus district from 11 July to approx. 6 September. It is 25 square metres in size and faces east. It has its own small kitchenette, a separate bathroom and an anteroom with storage space and cupboard.

Location
The flat is located in the St. Nikolaus district near the St. Nikolaus church. The bus stop for lines W and J is right outside the front door (1 minute walk). Line 501 also stops at the Schmelzergasse stop just a 4-minute walk away. the Hofgarten is a 7-minute walk away, as is the nearest supermarket.
