Wir suchen einen Nachmieter*in (es muss ein Student*in sein) für unsere kleine, feine Wohnung in Kempten Westendstraße. Ein Einzug wäre ca. ab dem 5. November möglich.
Die Warmmiete müsste laut Aussage der Verwaltung ca. 440€ betragen, da ist dann der Strom aber auch dabei. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 320€.
Es gibt ein eigenes kleines Bad mit Klo und Dusche, die Küche ist mit einem Nachbarn (ordentlich und umgänglich) geteilt.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und hat eine Fußbodenheizung (Wärmepumpe).

Zum Forum braucht man ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, zur Hochschule sind es weniger als 15 Minuten.
