The apartment is well laid out so that the “sleeping area” is separated from the kitchen/bath/“working area”.
Although the apartment isn’t the biggest, it is definitely big enough for one person!
Because it is located in the back of the house and doesn’t have any windows to the street, the apartment is relatively quiet.
The apartment is between Neumarkt and Friesenplatz so it’s right in the center of Cologne. You can catch the tram at Neumarkt to go literally anywhere you want to go in Cologne.
If you’re into shopping the Ehrenstr is right next to you which offers some of the coolest shops in Cologne.
If your into food you can fight countless restaurants and bars all within walking distance.
I would love to give the apartment to somebody that is spending their semester abroad in Cologne because I am personally also going abroad during the time period. As long as your respectful of my stuff and don’t annoy the neighbors with party’s every other day I don’t have any requirements for you. Oh and you should pay rent on time as I would go bankrupt otherwise. I hope you like the place as much as I do and have a nice time in Cologne
