I am a Masters student at TH Köln. I will be doing an internship at Ingolstadt for about 6 months. I consider myself very lucky to have possession of this apartment. Ideally I should let go of it, but it is so nice that I have decided to sub-lease it. It is a beautifully furnished apartment in Köln-Deutz with a beautiful view of the city from the 10th floor. Very nice and cozy with more than adequate daylight.
It is a student residence with some minimal furnishing, but I have furnished it further to suit my needs. It is centrally located and extremely well connected. The bus stop and U-bahn stops are 3 minutes walk. The TH Köln campus Deutz is 2 minutes away. LIDL and REWE are 7-10 minutes on foot. The hauptbanhof is two train stops away.
The applicants must be students or interns. Looking for a person willing to take good care of the property and keep it clean and tidy. Some flexibility can be made regarding the starting and ending periods, after speaking or meeting. It is ideal for students of TH Köln Campus Deutz. Feel free to text/ whatsapp any time. Good Luck!
