ich bin ab dem 30.11 im Urlaub und biete deshalb meine Wohnung zur Untermiete an, falls jemand in der Zeit eine Unterkunft braucht :) Bis wann genau können wir zusammen entscheiden - max. bis 2.1.
Die Wohnung ist relativ geräumig mit 55 qm - 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit je 17qm Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer. Voll eingerichtet und das Sofa ist wirklich super gemütlich.

I will be on holiday from 30.11 and am therefore offering my flat as a sublet if anyone needs accommodation during this time :) We can decide together until when exactly - max. until 2 Jan.
The flat is relatively spacious with 55 sqm - 2 room flat with 17 sqm bedroom and living room each. Fully furnished and the sofa is really cosy.
Die Wohnung ist am Anfang der Holweider Straße und es sind 4 Gehminuten zum Wiener Platz. Dieser ist super angebunden mit den Linien 3,4,13,18 und wer mit Bf Mülheim fahren mag, ist auch dort in 12 Minuten Fußweg und kommt fix nach Düsseldorf und Co.
Die Keupstraße als Queerstraße bietet alle Leckerrein, die die türkische Küche zu bieten hat :)
Im Wiener Platz sind Lidl und Rewe - ist also alles da.

The flat is at the beginning of Holweider Straße and it is a 4-minute walk to Wiener Platz. This is very well connected with the lines 3,4,13,18 and if you want to go to Mülheim station, it is also a 12-minute walk and you can easily get to Düsseldorf and Co.
