Hallo zusammen,
hiermit vermiete ich für 4 Wochen (bei Bedarf vielleicht sogar länger) meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung. Die Miete beläuft sich auf 500€/Monat, je nachdem wie lange du drin bleiben möchtest, würden wir die Miethöhe anteilig berechnen. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern komplett möbliert, mein Zeug schaff ich natürlich noch raus ;) Waschmachine, Herd, Bett, Schreibtisch, so weit alles da, was man zum Leben braucht...
Die Lage ist optimal. Eine Busstation ist quasi unmittelbar vor der Haustür. Zur nächsten Straßenbahnstation sind es zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten. Die Venloer Straße, sehr beliebt in Köln, ist ebenfalls um die Ecke. Des Weiteren gibt es zahlreiche Supermärkte, Kiosk und Restaurants in der Nähe. Rundum die Wohnung ist ein kostenlos parken möglich. Dabei muss man nur ein wenig Glück haben, dass gerade etwas frei ist.
Falls ich i-was vergessen, fragt mich gerne.
