Hello everyone,
Since I (Nadya) am leaving Cologne I am looking for a new tenant for my apartment from 1.07.2018. It has 37m² with a living room, a big separate kitchen, bathroom and sunny balcony with garden view. In addition, there are small courtyard for bikes and a cellar. All the household goods in apartment belong to me and I would like to sell furnishings to the new tenant for 600 Euro, which include big fridge (with internal freezer compartment), table +4 chairs, wooden shelves, electric stove with oven, glass cupboard, Washing Machine (Miele). In living room there are double bed + mattress and 2 wardrobes and wooden shelves. Please, message me for an appointment to visit the apartment only in case you are willing to buy all or most of the household goods
Apartment is located in a green residential area near Volksgarten with supermarkets (Netto, Penne, Rewe) all very close by only 2-5 min walk. Nearest U-bahn stations are Chlodwigplatz and Ulrepforte (U15, 16), only 5-10 mins walk. University is around 10-15 min by bike. The bus stop going to University is at about 3 minutes walk.
According to the landlord, a couple (two people) or one person can live in apartment.
