The room is very nice and furnished with wifi, bed, cabinet, wardrobe, table, chair and a balcony (I can also sell my personal accessories such as: mirror, sheets, duvet, pillow, hangers, air fryer, ...). You will live on one floor with other flatmates (very nice people) with whom you will share 4 bathrooms and kitchen.

The neighbourhood is very quiet and tram 16 takes you to the city centre. There are 3 buildings of students adjacent, so you will live with many young guys.
I look for someone who can move into my room from early August, I will go away in late July. I need to find a new tenant to shorten my contract (which would otherwise last until September), it is important that you be a college student so you can have your contract with the dormitory association.
