I am subletting my modern and cozy apartment for three months and it is possible to extend the contract with the rental company afterwards.
The apartment is 21 square meter with bathroom, kitchen and furniture. It has free Internet connection and is very close to U-Bahn stations (Poststr. and Severinstr.) There are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants in this area. It takes less then 10 minutes by bike to the main station.
It is possible to extend the contract after three month rental period. It is for students, trainees and young professionals.

Ich vermiete meine moderne und gemütliche Wohnung für drei Monate zur Untermiete und es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Vertrag mit dem Vermieter danach zu verlängern.
Die Wohnung ist 21 Quadratmeter groß, mit Bad, Küche und Möbeln. Sie verfügt über einen kostenlosen Internetanschluss und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den U-Bahnhöfen (Poststr. und Severinstr.) In der Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es weniger als 10 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof.
Es ist möglich, den Vertrag nach drei Monaten zu verlängern. Sie ist für Studenten, Auszubildende und junge Berufstätige geeignet.
