only for CBS STUDENTS - Single Apartment

Hi guys,

I’m looking for a student of CBS who is interested in a single apartment in the CBS Accomodation in Deutz. My rent goes until January but at the end of December I leave it so if someone is interested for January month, please contact me. Then we have to talk with the accomodation office in order to switch the contract. There’s the possibility to extend it but you will have to do it with landlord because there will be an increase in the price and the partnership between CBS and Castell Deutz Accomodation ends at the end of January. The rent now is 640€, utilities included, it’s located a 5-min walk from the tram stop Suevenstraße (3-4-14 lines), deposit of 500€. The apartment is perfect for one person, it’s furnished and comfortable. In the basement there’s a laundry.
