The room is bright, beautiful and fully furnished which includes a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, heater, refrigerator, washbasin and an attached shower. The room is 15 square meters, and have a good lighting through its large window. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The kitchen is quite well equipped and has almost everything. It includes an oven, micro wave, toaster, refrigerator, common utensils, etc. Shared bathroom contains both toilet and shower.
There are two washing machines and a dryer available 24/7. This is a student wohnheim and the residents of the building are mostly students. Everyone in the building speaks English, so international students are also welcome. People around here are very nice, helpful and always up for a talk :)
The apartment is located in Leimen which is 30 minutes from Heidelberg by tram. Public transport is almost at the doorstep (less than 1 min walk). Grocery stores like Penny is within 2 mins walking distance, Aldi and Rewe within 10 mins. It is also nice to go for a walk nearby.
The rent includes Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, and all furnishing. Total rent is 400 euros per month with a refundable security deposit of 400 euros. Both long term and short term contracts are possible. Anmeldung (city registration) is also possible.
