Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Einbauküche inklusive Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine, sowie ein kleines Bad mit Wanne. Die Miete beträgt 400€ warm zuzüglich Strom, Internet etc..
Die Wohnung ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Clara-Park. Mit dem Rad sind es über die Sachsenbrücke bis in die Südvorstadt oder ins Zentrum kaum 15min. Plagwitz und Lindenau sind sowieso vor der Haustür. Innerhalb von 5-10 min sind zudem die Linie 1, 2 und 14 zu erreichen.
