Consistiría en un subarriendo desde el 20/01/2025 al 30/04/2025 y a partir del 01/05/2025 se alquilaría con la inmobiliaria. Está amueblado, como se puede ver en las fotos y el precio por los muebles sería de 500€ (negociables). Los muebles consistirían en: Cama 200 x 150, cama 200 x 90, 2 escritorios, mesa, horno, lavadora, aspiradora, armario y zapatero. El precio del alquiler es 550€ con gastos incluidos (agua, gas, luz e internet) y la fianza sería un mes de alquiler (550€). Está situado en el barrio de Schleißig, con Konsum, Rewe, Netto, Penny a menos de 10 minutos. Línea 1 de tram a 4 minutos y la línea 3 a 8. Las visitas estarían previstas para el 16 y 17 de Enero. I’m looking for someone who would like to rent my 25m2 studio for 1, with the possibility of doing the Anmeldung.
