Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stockwerk, im Haus 1 des Mondial Wohnheims, in Lüneburg und geht Richtung Norden. Die Fläche beträgt ca. 21 qm samt Küche und Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und die Küche ist ebenfalls ausgestattet.
Man läuft nur ca. 7 Minuten zum Bahnhof in Lüneburg und man braucht ca. 10 Minuten in die Altstadt (am Sande). Gegenpber vom Wohnheim ist direkt Schröders Biergarten und neben dem Wohbheimgebäude ist ein Cafe (Avenir) sowie auch ein Restaurant und eine Bäckerei.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung vom 01. November 2024 bis zum 30. April 2025, da ich einen dualen Master in Lüneburg mache und deswegen die Wohnung im Winter nicht selbst benötige.
Es gibt einen Waschraum mit Trockern und Waschmaschinen (2€ pro Waschgang).
Wlan ist evenfalls vorhanden und funktioniert super.
