Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Hauptzimmer/ Schlafzimmer, einem eigenen Bad und Küche. Die Größe der Wohnung beträgt 33m2 . Die Wohnung wird über eine holländische Agentur von der Maastricht University vermietet. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 740€.
Wichtig:
Die Übergabe der Wohnung erfolgt verbindlich am 31. Mai
Die Wohnung wird nur an eingeschriebene Studenten an der Maastricht University vergeben. Auch wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter der Maastricht University können die Wohnung mieten
Die Wohnung wird nur mit Möbeln für eine kleine Ablösesumme übergeben. Bitte melde dich nur auf die Amzeige, wenn du Interesse hast auch die Möbel zu übernehmen.

I am looking for a new tenant for my studio in Maastricht. The studio is very close to all the university buildings and the library. The studio consists of a 1-bedroom, an own kitchen and bathroom. The size of the studio is 33m2. The flat is rented out through a dutch agency by Maastricht University.
Important:
The studio has to be rented at the 31st of May.
The flat will be rented only to enroled students at Maastricht University. However, academic staff such as research assitants of Maastricht University are also allowed to rent the studio.
The studio will only be handed over with the furniture. Please reply to the advertisement if you are willing to take over the furniture
