Hi,
I'm renting out my apartment for the period I'll be traveling. The apartment is available from August 20th until October 5th. It's located in Wohnheim K3, a student housing estate here in mainz. The student residence has a train station 3 minutes' walk from the apartment, so you can catch trains to any part of mainz. you'll be 10 minutes from the HBF by train and 5 minutes' walk from the university. There are several markets nearby. The student residence also has garbage cans and washing machines and dryers that you can use.
The apartment is pretty big, having 1 double bed and 1 single one.
The apartment is equipped with all kinds of appliances, air fryer, mini fire, electric coffee maker and microwave.
It also has bed linen, pillows, pans, plates and all the kitchen utensils.
