Ich suche ab 01.03.2020 einen Nachmieter für dieses schöne und vollmöbilierte 1-Zimmer-Apartment(3OG) in Mainz (Richard Schirrmann Straße -Munchfeld) mit einem Balcony

Die neue Mieter/in muss die Möbel für 500 Euro nehmen (wir Konnen über den Preis sprechen)


Die Anbindung durch Busse (Linie 6 ,78) und Straßenbahn ist sehr gut ausgebaut, mit 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen

Man erreicht den Hauptbahnhof mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sowie mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 10 Minuten, zur Uni ist es noch kürzer.

REWE, Apotheke, Banken sind ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke.

Strom und Internet sind nicht in der Miete. Für mich zahle ich für beide 50 euro pro Monat.

Der Vermieter möchte gerne eine Einzelperson mit ausreichendem Einkommen oder einen Studenten mit Ellternbürgschaft.

Warmmiete :330 Euro
Möbel :500 Euro (Bett, Schreibtisch , Kleine Esstisch, Stuhl ,Kleidung Schrank , Matters )

Im looking for a new Tenant for my apartment from 01.03.2020 in Munchfeld. The apartment is suitable for the students with a very good rent price.

The one who will take the apartment should also take the Furniture (Bed, Closet ,2 Tables, Chair & Matters )for 500 Euro (negotiable)

the Location is super good, You can have bus (6,78) or by bicycle to the university almost 7 mins or to the main station also around 10 mins. you can find near the house Rewe , Banks and Pharmacy.

The Warm rent is :330 without Electricity or Internet (I was paying 50 Euro extra for both of them )

The owner of the apartment looking for a new tenant who is willing to take the apartment for long term (Minimum 1 year)
