Ich vermiete mein Singleapartment im Mainz Laubenheim zur Untermiete. Die Wohnung ist 17 qm groß und verfügt über eine Kochnische mit Kühlschrank und ein Bad mit Dusche. Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und ein privater Router mit Internetanschluss sind Bestandteil des Mietvertrages. Waschmaschinen stehen in der Waschküche des Wohnheims zur Verfügung, ein großer Fahrradkeller und ein privater Anwohnerparkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Auch die Haltestelle Rüsselsheimer Allee liegt direkt neben dem Parkplatz.
I am subletting my single apartment in Mainz Laubenheim. The apartment is 17 square meters and has a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a bathroom with a shower. A bed, wardrobe, desk and a private router with an internet connection are part of the rental agreement. Washing machines are available in the laundry room of the dormitory, a large bicycle cellar and a private residents' parking space right outside the door. The Rüsselsheimer Allee stop is also right next to the parking lot.
Die Buslinien 76 und 80 fahren an der Haltestelle vor dem Wohnheim halbstündlich in die Mainzer Innenstadt, dafür braucht man in der Regel eine halbe Stunde. Laubenheim besitzt auch einen eigenen Bahnhof an dem die S8 zum Mainzer Hauptbahnhof innerhalb von 10 Minuten fährt.
Ein Nahkauf und eine Apotheke sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und im Laubenheimer Ortskern gibt es einige Lokale, Tankstellen, eine Postagentur sowie ein größerer Nahkauf.
Laubenheim ist ein ruhiger, niedlicher und ländlicher Ort mit vielen Spaziermöglichkeiten und sehr viel grün. Es liegt direkt am Rhein, wer Ruhe, Natur und Weinkultur mag wird sich hier sehr wohl fühlen.
Bus lines 76 and 80 leave the stop in front of the dormitory every half hour to Mainz city center, which usually takes half an hour. Laubenheim also has its own train station, where the S8 takes you to Mainz main station in 10 minutes. A local store and a pharmacy are a 5-minute walk away, and in the center of Laubenheim there are a few restaurants, gas stations, a post office and a larger local store. Laubenheim is a quiet, cute and rural place with lots of walking opportunities and lots of greenery. It is right on the Rhine, and anyone who likes peace, nature and wine culture will feel very comfortable here.
