nach einem Jahr in Mainz ziehe ich zurück nach Köln. Den besten Eindruck von der Wohnung bekommt ihr auf der homepage http://www.apartmenthausmainz.de/
Bitte beachtet das die angegebene Warmmiete von 340€ für Studenten, Auszubildende und Schüler gilt. Für alle anderen beträgt die Warmmiete 360€
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 1.02.2013 verfügbar, eventuell auch ein paar Tage früher.
Besichtigungen wären vormittags besonders praktisch da dann die Zuständigen für die Vermietung an der Rezeption sitzen.
Ich habe hier wirklich gern gewohnt. Es ist natürlich recht klein und einfach ausgestattet aber auch sehr praktisch. Besonders die 24 Stunden besetzte Rezeption macht das Leben einfacher.
Eine Bushaltestelle in alle Richtungen (8min zum Bahnhof Römisches Theater, 20min zum Hauptbahnhof) sowie ein Netto sind direkt vor der Tür, ein italienisches Restaurant im Haus.

Are you looking for an affordable flat close to University?
Rent including heating and furniture (bed, two tables, wardrobe and big shelf) is 340€. There is a wash machine and a dryer in the cellar.
If you need a TV or vacuum cleaner you can rent one for a small amount.The staff at the reception is speaking English and very helpful.
