Außerdem hast du dein eigenes privates Badezimmer, mit Dusche, großem Spiegel und einer geräumigen Dusche.
Die Küche besitz alles was du brauchst. Einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, zwei Herdplatten, eine Spühle und eine große Arbeitsfläche zum vorbereiten deines Essens.
Zudem gibt es in einem der Nachbarhäuser einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern, welcher von den Bewohnern genutzt werden kann.

This beautiful 30sqm single flat could soon be yours!
Since I have to leave the flat early due to my studies, I am offering my spacious room here for rent. The offered flat includes everything for a carefree time in Mainz.
Fully furnished with:
- Bed + mattress
- Two tables (one large and one slightly smaller)
- A wardrobe
- As well as an open cupboard with various compartments
The room is very bright and sunny due to the two large floor-to-ceiling windows.
You also have your own private bathroom, with a shower, large mirror and a spacious shower.
The kitchen has everything you need. A small fridge with a freezer compartment, two hotplates, a sink and a large work surface for preparing your food.
There is also a laundry room with washing machines and dryers in one of the neighboring houses, which can be used by the residents.

Dein neues Zimmer ist Teil des Studentenwohnheims K3, welches direkt am Campus der Hochschule Mainz liegt.
Direkt vor der Tür deines Wohnheims befinden sich zwei Bushaltestellen, sowie 3 Straßenbahnhaltestellen, welche in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden können. Mit der Straßenbahn erreicht ihr innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten problemlos die Universität oder den Hauptbahnhof/ Innenstadt.

The perfect location for students!
Your new room is part of the student dormitory K3, which is located directly on the campus of Hochschule Mainz.
There are two bus stops and three tram stations directly in front of your dormitory, which can be reached in 2-3 minutes on foot. You can easily reach the university or the main railway station/city center by tram within 10-15 minutes.
Der Mietvertrag des Appartements läuft noch bis zum 31. September.
Vermietet wird es vom Studierendenwerk in Mainz.
Auf Anfrage kann mit dem Studierendenwerk abgeklärt werden ob eine Übernahme des Appartements möglich ist und ihr auch die restliche Zeit eures Semesters in dem Zimmer wohnen bleiben könnt.

Upon request, we can clarify with the Studierendenwerk whether it is possible for you to take over the flat and stay in the room for the rest of your semester.
