Partys und Saufgelage sind in der Wohnung verboten. Gemütliche Runden mit Freunden sind kein Problem.
Die Wohnung wird sehr sauber übergeben, und genauso möchte ich sie auch wieder auffinden.

The apartment is only rented for the entire specified period. This is 32 nights à 33€ = 1056€. All costs are already included.
The deposit is 600€.
A written subletting contract will be concluded.
Parties and binge drinking are prohibited in the apartment. A cozy get-together with friends is no problem.
The apartment will be handed over very clean, and I would like to find it in the same condition.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im südwestlichen Teil von Bogenhausen. In direkter Nähe befindet sich der Rosenkavalierplatz mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Jeden Donnerstag ist Markttag. Durch die ideale Anbindung mit U4, Busbahnhof und Tramhaltestelle ist man überall sehr schnell. Z.B. mit U4 in 12 min in der Altstadt.

The apartment is located in the south-western part of Bogenhausen. The Rosenkavalierplatz with numerous shopping facilities is in the immediate vicinity. Every Thursday is market day. Due to the ideal connection with metro-U4, bus station and tram stop you are everywhere very fast. E.g. with U4 in 12 min in the old town.

An sich vermiete ich an eine Person. Falls jedoch der Wunsch besteht mit Partner/Partnerin die Wohnung zu mieten wäre das möglich. Für die 2. Person wird ein Viertel des Mietpreises fällig.
Waschmaschinen befinden sich im Keller. Bezahlbar mit 50ct-Stücken.
I am actually renting to one person. However, if there is a desire to rent the apartment as a couple, this would be possible. A quarter of the rent will be charged for the 2nd person.
Washing machines are in the cellar. Payable with 50ct pieces.
