ich vermiete meine feine 1,5 -Zimmer-Wohnung in München-Laim den ganzen März und die erste Aprilwoche. 28.02-05.03.25. 43qm mit kleinem Balkon, abgetrenntem Schlafbereich, Wohnbereich (Schreibtisch + Esstisch vorhanden). Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche ausgestattet. Im Schlafbereich gibts nen Fernseh mit Smart TV. Waschmaschine gibts in der Parallelstraße, Agnes-Bernauer-Straße.

Tram 19 - Siglstraße direkt vor der Haustür, UBahn (Fürstenrieder Straße) ebenso. 7 mins mit U-Bahn zum Hbf München.

Dear all,

I am renting out my lovely 1.5-room apartment in Munich-Laim for the entire month of March and the first week of April (28.02-05.03.25). It’s 43sqm with a small balcony, a separated sleeping area, and a living area (desk + dining table available). The bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. The sleeping area has a TV with Smart TV functionality. There’s a washing machine in the parallel street, Agnes-Bernauer-Straße.

Tram 19 - Siglstraße is right in front of the door, and the U-Bahn (Fürstenrieder Straße) is nearby. It’s only 7 minutes by U-Bahn to Munich Central Station.
