It is a private student dormitory. Only students live in the house, almost all of them international!

The room is small but has everything you need. It is furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, sink, and small kitchen). The bathroom and toilet are in the hallway and shared with four other female roommates. WiFi is available and very fast. Electricity must be paid separately (around €20). There is no washing machine, but there is a laundromat right in front of the building. There is also an elevator. The room faces the inner courtyard, making it very quiet.

Es handelt sich um einen privaten Studentenwohnheim. In dem Haus wohnen nur Studenten, fast alle international!

Das Zimmer ist klein, hat aber alles was man braucht. Es ist möbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Waschbecken und kleine Küche). Bad und WC sind im Flur und mit anderen 4 Mitbewohnerinnen geteilt. Wifi ist vorhanden und sehr schnell. Strom muss extra bezahlt werden (ungefähr 20€). Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden aber es gibt einen Waschsalon direkt vor dem Haus. Einen Aufzug gibt es auch. Das Zimmer ist auf der Innehofseite und deshalb sehr ruhig.
