Ein Zimmer fur Dezember

I am interested in sub-renting my room for December (I can eventually also offer the first week of January). The flat is a gound floor located in Neuhausen-Nymphenburg neighborhood, very close to Audi Zentrum in Leonrodstrasse. The room is very big with wooden floor and one queen size bed, a sofa, etc. All furnished. Of course I will take care of putting away all my clothes and belongings and make room for who will take the room. I can providr bathroom towels and bedsheets if needed. The house is shared with my flatmates Maria Paula and Fabi (they both speak German). We have a kitchen/living room, a big bathroom with the shower and another small one with the bath-tube and the laundry machine. Also a backyard with a covered space to park the bike.
