I am renting out my lovely studio for a bit! The flat is on the 5th floor but you won't struggle since it's easily accessible with an elevator. Through its big window, you got a nice view and you also got a small balcony.
There are many things I love about my flat! It's on the top floor.. so you can see the sky and the roofs above Munich, and also gaze in the distance and not only the opposite house.
The flat is crammed with creative and arts stuff. If you are looking for a interesting flat with many impressions and feel-good atmosphere you are right here :-)
Its fully equipped. Also recently, I renewed the kitchen and the balcony and got a laundry machine and tv. I will update the pictures somewhen the next days.
Its located perfectly only a few minutes away from Isar, Theresienwiese and the Schlachthofgelände where they just set up a lovely alternative / creative zone.
It takes you 4 minutes to get to U Goetheplatz.
