Ich mache Urlaub und würde gerne meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung vermieten. Das Gebäude wurde gerade erst renoviert, also ist alles im Haus sehr neu (großes Bett mit neuer, super bequemer Matratze!!! + Neue Spülmaschine + Airfryer + TV). Das Studio befindet sich in einem Studentenwohnheim in der Studentenstadt, eine tolle Studenten-Nachbarschaft direkt am Englischen Garten. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und nicht laut. Die Schalldämmung der Wände ist in Ordnung.
Wir haben auch einen schönen Gemeinschaftsraum, den wir uns mit den Nachbarn auf der Etage teilen, und einen Studienraum für Studenten direkt vor dem Gebäude.

I am going on vacation and would like to rent my 1 bedroom apartment. The building has just been renovated, so everything in the building is very new (bed with new, super comfortable mattress!!! + New dishwasher + Airfryer + TV). The studio is in a dorm in Studentenstadt, an excellent student neighborhood directly on the Englisher Garten. The neighbors are very friendly. and not noisy. The walls' soundproofing is good. We also have a nice common room shared with the neighbors on the floor and a study room for students right in front of the building.
Das Haus befindet sich 4 Minuten zu Fuß vom Englischen Garten entfernt . Es ist mit der U-Bahnlinie U6 oder verschiedenen Buslinien erreichbar. Mit der U-Bahn sind Sie in 20 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Supermärkte sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt oder 1 Station, wenn Ihre Taschen zu schwer sind :)

The house is located a 4-minute walk from the English Garden. It is accessible by subway line U6 or various bus lines. By subway, you can get to the city center in 20 minutes. Supermarkets are 10 minutes walk away or 1 stop if your bags are too heavy :)
Ich suche eine freundliche, saubere, respektvolle Person, die am besten nicht raucht. Wenn du dich darin wiedererkennst und dich diesen Winter in einer studentischen Atmosphäre treffen möchtest, schreibe mir :)
Ich würde gerne vorher einen Videoanruf oder einen Besuch machen, wenn das möglich ist.
