The apartment is part of the student-livingcenter in Berzeliusstraße 3.
The building is very modern and offers lots of comforts.
The apartment is furnished in a way that allows it to move in instantaneously:
One Bed (which can function as a couch as well), a desk with a chair, 2 wardrobes for clothes and 2 shelves. The apartment has its own small kitchen (2 hotplates, 1 fridge with integrated freezer, 1 microwave and a shelf). Further the apartment has its own bathroom (shower, toilet, lavatory).

Part of the dormitory is a room with washing machines and dryers, which you can use.

Parking is always possible near the building and you might be able to use the parking garage.

The livingcenter offers a lot of comfort:

- Big community room with large flatscreen TV, Barbecue, baking oven, fridge,...
