ja ihr habt richtig gelesen - ich würde gerne meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Schwabing mit einem günstigeren WG-Zimmer (bevorzugt Glockenbach, Giesing) tauschen.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Kurfürstenplatz und Giselasastr, ist also super zentral gelegen. Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhof, sodass es sehr leise ist, kein befahrenen Straßenlärm! Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon, getrennte kleine Küche mit Fenster und einen sehr guten Schnitt.
