13 sqm room in Solln with balcony and good transport links

Hello everyone,

In my apartment I rent from 01.02.25 a furnished room of about 13 square metres.

The room has a balcony of about 8 square metres. Bed linen and dishes are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and in addition to the bathroom with toilet there is also a separate guest toilet. The apartment is very well connected to public transport. In about 25 minutes you are at Marienplatz, for example. The night bus N41 stops at the Plattlinger Straße stop within a two-minute walk. Shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. In addition, the nearby Forstenrieder Park offers a good opportunity to go jogging or enjoy nature. The vacant room is rented to a 24-year-old intern, the other room until the end of May to a 29-year-old Chilean.
