Hi! Quiet, clean doktorand searching for long term accommodation

Hi! I am currently doing my PhD, so I have long working hours (meaning I won't be home for a significant portion of the week). I am a salaried employee of the Max Planck Society. I am very quiet, play no loud musical instruments or listen to loud music on speakers. I am also clean but not obsessive, so I am the perfect person to keep a place tidy without being a nuisance to others. I don't smoke or have any pets. My pastimes at home are cooking new things and reading books. I am not interested in hosting parties or any large disturbing events for neighbors. I generally keep to myself, but I am social occasionally. I don't have a car, and would appreciate a bike cellar or storage room to keep my mountain bike in.
