Ich werde demnächst ins Urlaub gehen, deswegen werde ich für diese Zeit meine Wohnung vermieten. Es ist auch während der Zeit des Oktoberfestes! / I will go on vacation fairly soon, that’s why I will rent out for that time period. It‘s during the whole time of the Oktoberfest!

Die monatliche Miete beträgt 1500€. Sämtliche Nebenkosten wie Strom, Internet, Gez usw. sind enthalten. / The monthly rent is 1500€. All utilities are included like electricity, internet, TV fee etc.

In der Nähe gibt es 2 Edekas, Tankstelle, Post usw. / There are 2 bus stops with the bus number 55 to either East station or Neuperlach. The bus number 139 can take you to Giesing. Close to the apartment, there are 2 grocery stores, a gas station, post office etc.
