I'm abroad for a few months and am looking for a trustworthy person to whom I can sublet my one-room apartment :)
The apartment can only be sublet to one person.

- Layout : Cozy space with a separate kitchen, living area, balcony, and bathroom.
- Furnishings : Fully equipped for comfortable living.
- Price : €1100 per month, all-inclusive (e.g. electricity, heating, Wifi, ...).
- Availability : Ideally looking for someone who can commit to the full rental period, 08.12.2024 - 30.04.2025. However, subletting in the period 08.12.2024 - 15.02.2025 is also possible, though less prioritized.
