Ich stelle meine Einzimmerwohnung von 01.03 - 29.04.2025 zur Zwischenmiete. Es besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche, das über den Eingangsflur zugänglich ist. Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert und ausgestattet, mit einer Waschmaschine und guter WLAN-Verbindung. Viele der Möbel in den Fotos werden nicht mehr verfügbar sein. Das Zimmer wurde ich mit dem Bett inkl. Matratze, Waschmaschine, Kleiderschrank und die Küche vermieten.

I am offering my one-bedroom apartment for temporary rent from 01.03 - 29.04.2025. It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, which is accessible via the entrance hallway. The apartment is partially furnished and equipped, with a washing machine and good wifi connection. Much of the furniture in the photos will no longer be available. The room is rented with the bed incl. mattress, a closet and the kitchen.
Das Haus liegt im Hinterhaus einer relativ ruhigen Straße. Der Bahnhof Münchner Freiheit ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt, der Englische Garten ebenso und die Gegend ist umgeben von Bars und Restaurants, die alle Arten von Küchen anbieten.
Es gibt ein Bäcker um die Ecke, und man kann entweder bei Rewe (mit Getränkemarkt und Post-Filliale), Edeka oder Denn's einkaufen.

The house is located at the back of a relatively quiet street. The Münchner Freiheit train station is only 5 minutes away, as is the English Garden, and the area is surrounded by bars and restaurants serving all kinds of cuisines.
There is a bakery around the corner, and you can shop at either Rewe (with a beverage store and post office), Edeka or Denn's.
