Estoy buscando un semestre de verano (a mediados de abril / principios de mayo, soy flexible) un agente de alquiler para mi apartamento de 20m2 de habitación individual amueblado grande en Yugo Leonis.
La ubicación es perfecta, por un lado cerca del Aasee, por otro lado cerca del centro de la ciudad y de la estación de tren principal (a pie 15min), y hay una parada de autobús justo enfrente de la puerta principal. Ir de compras nunca ha sido tan fácil, el Rewe es cuasi en el mismo edificio, pero también la red y otras tiendas no están lejos (por ejemplo, en la calle Hammer). Como la habitación no está dirigida hacia la calle, nunca tuve problemas con el ruido de la calle o algo así. Por la mañana el sol también brilla a través de las grandes ventanas:)

El apartamento está amueblado y no hay cargos adicionales por el precio caliente mencionado de 844 euros. También tiene que pagar un depósito de tres alquileres mensuales, que por supuesto recuperará cuando se retire. El dormitorio también ofrece una bodega de bicicletas, una sala común / sala de fiestas en la planta superior con buenas vistas sobre la mesa de Münster y billar, un gimnasio y una cocina compartida, donde se puede tener agradables noches de cocina. Usted puede llegar a conocer muy bien otros estudiantes, llegar a conocerse, hacer deportes y relajarse por la noche. Hay lavadoras y secadoras en el sótano del edificio.

Estoy buscando un subteniente para mi apartamento de aproximadamente 20 m2 amueblado de una habitación en la residencia estudiantil de Yugo Leonis para el semestre de verano (fin de marzo / principios de abril).
La ubicación es perfecta: cerca del lago Aasee en un lado, y cerca del centro de la ciudad y de la estación principal de tren (15 minutos a pie) en el otro. Así que hay una parada de autobús justo afuera de la puerta. Las tiendas de comestibles nunca han sido más fáciles: el supermercado Rewe está prácticamente en el mismo edificio, y las redes y otras tiendas están cerca (por ejemplo, en la calle Hammer). Como la habitación no se enfrenta a la calle, nunca tuve problemas con el ruido de la calle o algo así. Además, el sol brilla por las grandes ventanas de la mañana:)
El apartamento está amueblado, y no hay costes adicionales más allá del alquiler todo incluido de 844 euros. También tendrás que pagar un depósito de tres meses de alquiler, que por supuesto volverás cuando te mudes. La residencia de estudiantes ofrece un cuarto de almacenamiento de bicicletas, una habitación común/habitación en la planta superior con una gran vista de Münster y una mesa de billar, un gimnasio y una cocina comunitaria donde se puede tener noches acogedoras de cocina. Es un gran lugar para conocer a otros estudiantes, estudiar juntos, hacer ejercicio y relajarse por las noches. Para la lavandería, hay lavadoras y secadoras en el sótano del edificio.
En general, el apartamento se caracteriza por una gran cantidad de espacio de almacenamiento. Con los muchos armarios y compartimentos, no tendrás ningún problema esperando todas tus pertenencias, y el baño es muy amplio y moderno. La cocina está bien equipada con dos placas calientes, un refrigerador con un compartimento congelador y un microondas.
Estoy principalmente buscando un subteniente para tomar la suma de mi contrato (hasta finales de septiembre de 2025), pero hay por supuesto la opción de extender el contrato con la residencia de estudiantes después.
Es tan importante que estés matriculado como estudiante en Münster.

Ich suche zum Sommersemester (Mitte April/Anfang Mai, bin flexibel) einen Nachmieter für mein ca 20qm großes möbiliertes Einzimmer Apartement im Wohnheim Yugo Leonis.
Die Lage ist perfekt, einerseits nah am Aasee, andererseits nah an der Innenstadt und dem Hauptbahnhof (zu Fuß 15min), und es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufen gehen war noch nie so einfach, der Rewe befindet sich quasi im gleichen Gebäude, aber auch der Netto und andere Geschäfte sind nicht weit (zb auf der Hammer Straße). Da das Zimmer nicht zur Straße hin gerichtet ist, hatte ich nie Probleme mit Straßengeräuschen oder so. Morgens scheint außerdem die Sonne durch die großen Fenster:)

Die Wohnung ist möbiliert und es kommen keine weiteren Nebenkosten zu dem genannten Warmpreis von 844 Euro hinzu. Man muss außerdem eine Kaution in Höhe von drei Monatsmieten zahlen, die man beim Auszug natürlich wieder zurückbekommt. Das Wohnheim bietet zudem einen Fahrradkeller, einen Gemeinschaftsraum/Partyraum im obersten Stockwerk mit guter Aussicht über Münster und Billardtisch, ein Fitnessraum und eine Gemeinschaftsküche, in der man gemütliche Kochabende haben kann. Man kann hier sehr gut andere Studenten kennen lernen, zusammen lernen, Sport machen und abends entspannen. Zum Waschen gibt es Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Keller des Gebäude.
Allgemein zeichnet sich die Wohnung durch extrem viel Stauraum aus, durch die vielen Schränke und Fächer wirst du kein Problem haben, alle deine Sachen zu verstauen, und auch das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und modern. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit zwei Herdplatten, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Mikrowelle.

Ich suche in erster Linie einen Nachmieter, der meine restliche Zeit von meinem Vertrag übernimmt (also bis Ende September 2025), aber es gibt natürlich die Möglichkeit, den Vertrag zusätzlich mit dem Wohnheim danach zu verlängern.
!Wichtig ist außerdem, dass du in Münster als Student/in eingeschrieben bist!

I'm looking for a subtenant for my approximately 20 sqm furnished one-room apartment in the Yugo Leonis student residence for the summer semester (end of March/beginning of April).
The location is perfect: close to the Aasee lake on one side, and close to the city center and the main train station (15 minutes by foot) on the other. There's also a bus stop right outside the door. Grocery shopping has never been easier – the Rewe supermarket is practically in the same building, and Netto and other stores are also nearby (e.g., on Hammer Straße). Since the room doesn't face the street, I never had any issues with street noise or anything like that. Plus, the sun shines through the large windows in the morning :)
The apartment is furnished, and there are no additional costs beyond the stated all-inclusive rent of 844 euros. You'll also need to pay a deposit of three months' rent, which you'll of course get back when you move out. The student residence also offers a bicycle storage room, a common room/party room on the top floor with a great view of Münster and a pool table, a gym, and a communal kitchen where you can have cozy cooking evenings. It's a great place to meet other students, study together, exercise, and relax in the evenings. For laundry, there are washing machines and dryers in the basement of the building.
In general, the apartment is characterized by an extremely large amount of storage space. With the many closets and compartments, you'll have no problem storing all your belongings, and the bathroom is also very spacious and modern. The kitchen is well-equipped with two hotplates, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.
I'm primarily looking for a subtenant to take over the remainder of my contract (until the end of September 2025), but there's of course the option to extend the contract with the student residence afterward.
It's also important that you're enrolled as a student in Münster.
