Apartment available long-term during temporary periods throughout the year flexibly when you desire

Wonderful apartment near the Wöhrder See, only for temporary rental periods during the next 1-2 years (I am flexible about when and how long, but not more than 2 months at a time), with other periods during the year when you are not there for at least 2 weeks. It would be best if I could find one person/couple/family who would like to be there on and off for half of the year or more.

To clarify, you would pay rent on the apartment for several, but not all months of the year, and we could work out the rent based on the number of weeks/months you stay each time. This would be ideal for someone who also has an apartment in another city but needs to be in Nuremberg several times during the year.

I am a PhD researcher conducting most of my research in the Netherlands and Belgium, but I need to return to Germany at various times. I love this apartment and hope to find someone who can enjoy it and benefit from staying there at different times than me during the year.

I am very flexible with my stay dates and can work around what suits you. Ideally, I would stay for 3-4 months, spread throughout the year, but more or less is also fine.

If possible, I would like to leave some of my belongings there during the year, and you can do the same if you wish.

My good friend, who rents the apartment to me, lives upstairs and can provide an in-person tour and the key if I am in the Netherlands. I will try to be in Germany briefly to prepare the apartment and exchange the key personally before your first stay.

Please note: I have a cat who stays with me when I am there. I ensure the apartment is kept clean and free of cat fur, but it is necessary for me to bring my cat during my stays.
