Erasmus-Student looking for nice place to live

Hi, ich bin Mathis, 21 Jahre alt und freue mich sehr auf mein Erasmussemester an der Sciences Po. Dafür bin ich aktuell auf der Suche nach einer befristeten Unterkunft vom 15. Oktober oder 1. November bis Ende Dezember, wobei auch ein etwas längerer Zeitraum etwa bis Februar möglich wäre.
Sowohl ein kleines Studio als auch eine nette WG kommt für mich in Frage. Die Miete sollten 700€ nicht überschreiten und mir ist eine praktische Lage mit guter Anbindung wichtig – vor allem zur Sciences Po, die im 7. Arrondissement liegt.
Nach meinem Abitur 2020 habe ich ein Freiwilliges Ökologisches Jahr an der ostfriesischen Nordseeküste absolviert und dabei allein gewohnt. Seit meinem Studienbeginn in Karlsruhe 2021 wohne ich in einer 5er-WG und fühle mich sehr wohl. Ich bin also in der Lage, den Alltag selbst zu bewältigen, lebe aber auch gerne in Gemeinschaft mit anderen. Die beiden Wohnsituationen haben mir geholfen, in Selbstständigkeit, Pflicht- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zu reifen.
Je parle un peu le français, mais pas très bien, et je travaille à l'améliorer constamment.

Hi, I'm Mathis, 21 years old and I'm really looking forward to my Erasmus semester at Sciences Po. I am currently looking for temporary accommodation by October 15th or November 1st until the end of December, although a longer period until February would be possible.
Both a small studio and a nice flat share are possible. The rent should not exceed €750 and a practical location with good connections is important to me - especially to Sciences Po, which is in the 7th arrondissement.
After graduating from school in 2020, I did a voluntary service on the North Sea coast and lived on my own. Since I started studying in Karlsruhe in 2021, I live in a 5-person shared apartment and feel very comfortable. So, I can manage everyday life by myself, but I also like to live in the community with others. The two living situations have helped me to mature in independence, sense of duty and responsibility.
