GERMAN VERSION (for english scroll down): Sehr kleines, aber charmantes und ruhiges Studio. Komplett möbliert und ausgestattet. Es befindet sich im 6. Stock ohne Aufzug, verfügt aber über einen sonnigen Balkon mit Blick auf die Dächer von Paris.

Bitte beachten Sie: Die Wohnung wird derzeit renoviert, d.h. Komplett neu gestrichen und das Badezimmer wird aufgrund eines Wasserschadens kernsaniert d.h. die Fotos des Badezimmers sind nicht aktuell, die Fliesen in der neuen Dusche werden weiße Zellige im Metrofliesenformat sein, die Der Boden wird aus beigefarbenen Fliesen bestehen. Die Photos werden sobald die Renovierung abgeschlossen ist dann auch hier online hochgeladen.

Im Eingangsbereich finden Sie die Küche (komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Töpfen und Besteck – außerdem einen mini Ofen, eine Waschmaschine und einen Kühlschrank) sowie einen Schrank für Kleidung und einen Schrank für Reinigungsmittel. Es gibt einen kleinen Holzschreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein sehr bequemes Bett. Die Matratze ist nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart (eher hart als weich), die Größe beträgt 140 x 200. Unter dem Bett befinden sich riesige Schubladen. In einem gibt es Handtücher und Bettwäsche, im anderen ist Platz für Ihren Koffer.

Very small but charming and quiet studio. Fully furnished and equipped. It is on the 6th floor with no elevator but has a sunny balcony with a view of the rooftops of Paris.

Please note: The apartment is currently being renovated, i.e. repainted and the bathroom is being completely renovated due to water damage, i.e. the photos of the bathroom are not current, the tiles in the new shower will be white zellige in metro tile format, the floor will be beige tiles. Photos will be online when renovation is acomplished.

In the entrance area you will find the kitchen (fully equipped with crockery, pots and cutlery - also a washing machine and refrigerator) and a cupboard for clothes and a cupboard for cleaning products. There is a small wooden desk with chair and a very comfortable bed. The mattress is not too soft and not too hard (more hard than soft), the size is 140 x 200. There are huge drawers under the bed. In one there are towels and bed linen, in the other there is space for your suitcase.
