This is a large furnished basement which is a part of family home. It has 1 bedroom with cuboard and bed, nice separate kitchen with dining table and small bathroom. There is reasonably good wifi, washing machine and a small shared garden. No need to worry about ventilation and sunlight.

It is located in Eschollbrucken near Darmstadt (7 Kms) however it's part of Pfungstadt. Since it is outside Darmstadt the area is very quite and beautiful. The apartment is 5 minutes away from the bus stop. One can reach to Darmstadt Hauptbahnof via Bus 40 within 22 minutes. Bus 40 is available every half an hour except every 1 hour on weekends. There are no super markets at walkable distance but via Bus 40 Netto and Lidl are 10 mins away.
I am a student at TU Darmstadt and I will be going home from 1 Dec. to 4 Feb. Therefore I wanted to sublet this apartment for 2 months. City registration is not possible. If you have any query don't hesitate to text me on my whatsapp number. It would be really good if you are vegeterian.
