Unikum Studio Apartment, partly-furnished, with Balcony for Students only

As I am moving out from Munich, I am looking for someone who is willing to take over my current apartment starting from 01.01.2023, earlier moving-in date could be discussed separately.

The Apartment is called ''Unikum'' which is located on Lochhamer Str. 7, 82152 Martinsried-Planegg. It is dedicated to students/azubis/University staff (PhD students, Post docs) only and one of the requirements for successful application is confirmation of matriculation in University/vocational training/work contracts with universities or research institutes and a reservation form which can be downloaded from their official website. In the reservation form, you have to specifically mention me as the previous renter and the room number as a reference, otherwise, this reservation system won't work.

It is an approximately 21,7 m2 Studio-Apartment, partly furnished (Tables, chairs, wardrobe, desk, drawers) with a Balcony (facing east), kitchen (Induction stove and small fridge), cable tv connection, and bathroom with shower (However, the mattress is not included but you can take over from me for 50€ if you want). The Apartment is also equipped with common rooms with wifi, party rooms, and indoor garages for bicycles. Hausmeister service is available during regular working hours. Laundry machines and dryer is located in the basement and could be booked with an online application (1,60€ for each time use). Basically, you already have everything in this Apartment as one-stop living.

The warm rent price would be 640€/month, with deposits of 1590€. Wifi in the room is not inclusive but can be arranged with Vodafone. I have a current contract with them until Oct 2023, you could optionally take over if you want (Cost around 33€/month).
