5 single rooms with a queen size bed;
2 twin rooms;
2 twins rooms with private bath.
The rooms have desk, drawer, central heating, comfortable new mattress (viscoleastic), linen and bath. There are 8 bathrooms in the residence.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric appliances (washing/dryer, dishwasher, 3 fridges, microwave, etc.) and tableware.
The residence has 5 spaces of conviviality: living room; dining room; covered terrace, patio with a tennis table and pool (in the summer); and atrium with a piano. It has also a small gym. And a garage for bikes (and the extra option of charging).
The residence offers super high-speed wi-fi internet (1Gb), 4K tv, 200 cable channels, sound system with Spotify and Netflix.
The price includes: utilities (electricity, water, gas, super wi-fi internet), weekly fresh linen and bath towels, and daily cleaning of common areas (except weekends). Room cleaning and laundering of personal clothes are optional.
