Hi, we are renting out a very nice flat in the bigger centre of Prague located at the border of Vinohrady and Vrsovice historical disctricts in Ruska street. The closest tram stop Orionka is a few minutes away as well as bus stops Vlasimska and Na Micankach. The tram journey to Namesti Miru takes about 5 minutes and you can reach the metro station Flora by walking in less than 15 minutes. Our flat is a studio with a bit less than 30m2 comprising of a big room with build-in storeyed bed separated from a hall with kitchen line and appliances and a separate bathroom with toilet. The flat has been renovated in the past months also getting new kitchen line, all appliances and some furnitures. There is surprisingly a lot of storage room in the studio. Parking in front of the house is usually without bigger problems (considering the studio being so close to city centre), there are no parking zones in this area, so no need for any parking cards, fees or registrations. There is an inner garden with a nice seating area available for the house tenants. We are looking for a tenant starting from 15th September 2015, ideally long term. It would be ideal for a working professional. The rent for the flat is monthly 12.800CZK including all utilities except for internet, which is however available. We require one rent refundable deposit.
