Nice and bright apartment in Rheinbach, 40m2, looking for rommate (from 1.11.2022.)

Hello everyone,

My name is Marko, I am 30 years old electric engineer. I am looking for new tenant starting from November 1st. This beautiful little apartment has everything to your needs - bathroom with shower, living room and kitchen are shared with me.

You can see on pictures your room - it is fully furnished and has big 140x200cm bed, office desk and wardrobe. This is from previous tenant but he decided to leave everything as it is without any additional pay.

I work remote and on-site, depending on workload, but most of the times I won't be in apartment. I am more of a quiet person but like ocassional chat with couple of beers or wine.

I do love to cook and play video games, but I don't require you to do anything, you can lock yourself in room if yo find that suitable :)

Cold rent is 400€ + electricity, WLAN, GEZ and weekly cleaning lady which amount to about 235€. Deposit is 800€ (2x month pay) and it's paid to landlady.

It would be nice to provide parental guarantee or SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) . Landlady has no restrictions so it's a student/worker flat. I also have no problem neither with age/gender or working/student status.
