Es ist eine neu gebaute Wohnung (2024), so ist es super bequem zu leben.

Spacious and well-lit single apartment in quiet location with attached kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The apartment, being located at the corner, has 2 large windows where one of it can be opened and a door which leads to the balcony, which keep the place pretty well-lit and well circulated. It is a newly built apartment (2024) so it is super comfortable to live.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Alt-Saarbrücken und ist sehr gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe der Wohnung mit einem 2-minütigen Spaziergang und verschiedene Bushaltestellen zu Fuß in 5 Minuten: HTW/SWS und Betriebshof. Die Universität ist in ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Bus zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock und ist die allerletzte in der Reihe, so dass man nur einen Nachbarn hat und somit keine Störung und keinen Lärm hat.
Der Hauptcampus der Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Saar (htw Saar) liegt ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung. In 5 Minuten Fußweg findet man einen Aldi- und einen Edeka-Supermarkt und auch ein arabischer Laden ist in der Nähe. Es gibt auch einige Restaurants in der Nähe, wenn du hungrig bist und etwas zum Essen holen möchtest.

The apartment is located in Alt-Saarbrücken and it is quite well connected to public transport . There is a bus stop near to the apartment building with a 2 minute walk and different bus stops by foot in 5 mins: HTW/SWS and Betriebshof. One can reach the university in around than 30 mins with bus.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is the very last one in the row, so you have only one neighbour and so there's no disturbance nor any sound.
The main Campus of the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Saar(htw Saar) is located very closeby to the apartment. With a 5 mins walk one can find an Aldi and Edeka Supermarkets and there is also an Arab Store nearby as well. There are couple of restaurants around the place as well if you are hungry and want to grab something to eat.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Keller mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. WLAN ist ebenfalls enthalten. Außerdem hast du deinen eigenen Briefkasten zur Verfügung.
