Ich suche eine/n Nachmiter/in ab 1.April für meine schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und hat eine separate Küche und ein kleines Bad mit WC und Dusche. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine sowie Waschmaschiene.
Für eine Person genau perfekt. Durch die großen Fenster kommt Sommer wie Winter sehr viel Licht in die Wohnung.
Am Bahnhof ist man in unter 10 Minuten. An der Salzach in 3 min und in die Altstadt läuft man um die 15 min, mit dem Rad ist man deutlich schneller.
Einige der Möbel (Bett, Schrank, Kommode, Esstisch + Stühle) können gern für eine verhandelbare Ablöse übernommen werden.
Aktuell liegt die Miete bei 500€ kalt. Die Vermieter behalten sich allerdings vor, die Miete bei Wechsel etwas zu erhöhen.
