Hallo hier ist Nicola, ich bin Studentin und habe jetzt für ein Jahr in der Wohnung gelebt und würde jetzt gerne einen Nachmieter für meinen Vermieter finden, da ich ab dem 1. August in eine WG ziehe.
Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage in Nonntal. Sie ist recht groß für einen alleine und sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist in einem Altbau und ist dementsprechend älter. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und man kann die Waschmaschine im Haus mitbenutzen und den Garten, der sehr groß ist. Es gibt eine Einbauküche und eine Spülmaschine. Das Bad ist klein aber dort ist alles was man braucht. Bei Interesse kann man sich gerne bei mir melden.

Die Altstadt ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und die Busverbindingen sind sehr gut. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man nur sehr wenige Minuten zur Naturwissenschaftlichen Fakultät (Navi).
