Es hat neben einer funktionell eingerichteten Einbauküche ein neues Dusch-WC und einen komfortablen Wohn-/Schlaf und Essbereich. Der Schlafbereich ist mit einem komfortablen und gemütlichem Doppelbett versehen. Bettwäsche wird in zweifacher Ausführung zur Verfügung gestellt.
Das angenehme Sofa von Rolf Benz lädt zum Verweilen vorm Fernseher ein, der über alle Kabelkanäle verfügt.
Die Küche ist funktionell mit allen wichtigen Geräten und Utensilien ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Esstisch, der für bis zu vier Personen Platz bietet.
Das Bad ist erst vor kurzem neu errichtet worden und bietet eine Dusche, Spiegel am Waschtisch mit Unterschrank und einem WC. Es wird über einen automatischen Lüfter entlüftet.
Eine Waschmaschine kann im Waschkeller bei Bedarf mitbenutzt werden.

The apartment is located in a villa that is over 100 years old. It is fully equipped and therefore ready to use.
It has a functionally equipped fitted kitchen, a new shower toilet and a comfortable living/sleeping and dining area. The sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable and cosy double bed. Bed linen is provided in double version.
The comfortable sofa by Rolf Benz invites you to linger in front of the TV, which has all cable channels.
The kitchen is functionally equipped with all important appliances and utensils and has a dining table that can seat up to four people.
The bathroom has been recently rebuilt and offers a shower, mirror on the washstand with a base cabinet and a toilet. It is ventilated by an automatic fan.
A washing machine can be used in the washing cellar if required.
Internet can be used free of charge via WLAN.
The apartment is designed for a maximum occupancy of 2 persons.
